Shipping Policy
At Captivate Books, we strive to deliver your books quickly and safely. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard and express shipping options, through Australia Post. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Australia, while express shipping usually arrives within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on quantity of books in your order, type of postage & cost of order, see below breakdown.
Standard Shipping: $14.95 + $1.50 for each additional book.
Express Shipping: $18.95 + $2.00 for each additional book.
Orders over $80.00 are eligible for free shipping using the code OVER80 at the checkout.
International Shipping: We currently only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy below:
Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original condition of sale.
How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@captivatebooks.com.au. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired book.
